    Shipping Coverage

    We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners.

    If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation.

    Delivery Timelines

    Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
    • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days
    • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

    Shipping Charges

    Delivery Attempts

    Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Unavailability of recipient
    • Refusal to accept delivery

    Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

    Rituals Republic shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

    Freshness & Perishable Products

    Certain products, including fresh betel leaves included in select Paan Kits, are packed with care to maintain quality during transit.

    Customers are advised to:

    • Receive the package promptly upon delivery.
    • Store products as instructed on the packaging.
    • Consume fresh ingredients within the recommended timeframe.

    Damaged or Tampered Packages

    If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please:

    1. Take photographs of the package before opening.
    2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    3. Share your order number and supporting photographs.

    Our team will review the issue and assist accordingly.

    Delayed Deliveries

    While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Rituals Republic is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
